我们利用先进的薄膜沉积技术与微纳加工手段,揭示材料在低维尺度下的新奇量子效应与相变机制,为下一代极性氧化物器件提供坚实的物理基础。

Our lab is dedicated to the exploration of low-dimensional oxides and ferroic thin films. Core research encompasses the precise epitaxial growth and cross-scale property modulation of (anti)ferroelectric, (anti)ferromagnetic, and multiferroic heterostructures.

By utilizing advanced deposition and micro/nano-fabrication, we unveil novel quantum effects and phase transitions, providing a foundation for next-generation polar oxide devices.
